 ding</strong></p><p>This workshop supported by the UBC Geography Climate Ac
 tion Committee aims to bring people into the discussion about the systemic 
 dimensions of the climate crisis\, beyond individual responsibility. This e
 vent consists of a teach-in\, which will be led by <a href="https://geog.ub
 c.ca/profile/alec-blair/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Alec Blair</a>\, f
 ollowed by an art-making session where participants are encouraged to refle
 ct and express any emotional responses to what they learnt from the teach-i
 n. We will offer prompts as well as materials for making art using differen
 t mediums\, including painting\, collage work\, colouring\, and zine-making
 . It is our hope that through this event\, participants will form connectio
 ns with each other and be inspired to participate in further climate action
 .</p><p>A light dinner will be provided\, please bring your own plates/cutl
 ery etc.!</p><p><em>This event is part of <a href="https://climateemergency
