Minelle Mahtani is an Associate Professor at The Social Justice Institute, University of British Columbia. She has written “Mixed Race Amnesia: Resisting the Romanticization of Multiraciality” (UBC Press) and is one of the editors of “Global Mixed Race” (NYU Press).
